One of the basic and important projects defined in the R&D group of MOSAP was the OxyMPa smart device with the necessary facilities for intelligent management of central oxygen sites of hospitals and medical centers. It was very complicated and at the same time it had many ambiguities.
The volume of daily oxygen consumption in medical centers depends on the type of center and the number of beds in normal and special wards, as well as the number of operating rooms in the hospital. Make it even more complicated to control and monitor how oxygen is needed by the hospital and to manage the amount of oxygen consumed.
After many expert examinations and numerous technical and specialized experiments, the research team concluded that the only way to resolve the ambiguities and find the answers to the questions (which is quite natural in the process of successful and unsuccessful experiments and tests, added to the previous questions and ambiguities). There is a need for a system with the possibility of simulating specialized parameters and the possibility of recording and archiving test processes. The hospital's central oxygen production and consumption simulator is actually made up of two separate parts. In the oxygen production unit, this simulator separately simulates oxygen generators next to the oxygen consumption support line of the hospital (high pressure oxygen gas cylinder rack or liquid oxygen tank). At the same time, in the consumption unit, the central line simulated the oxygen consumption of the hospital for different consumption modes.
Design and construction of the project of hospital central oxygen production and consumption simulator is one of the successes of MOSAP R&D team, which while creating a huge and valuable challenge for the above group in designing, programming, manufacturing and various tests to validate the performance of simulation software, increases knowledge and Experience was gained in the research and development team, and its output as a complete and professional simulator was able to help the research and development team to resolve ambiguities and reach expert and specialized solutions.
