Design and construction of a cylinder manipulator with 3 degrees of freedom was one of the innovative projects with mechanical and control complexities that forced the research and development team to design a manipulator analyzer to test the manipulator and also to analyze the stresses on the structure of the device in different states. It is safe to say that the project of designing and manufacturing the test mechanism and simulating the actual operation of the cylinder manipulator itself is as much a technical project as the main project in the design phase of the operating mechanism, as well as the software for recording and analyzing defined test data.
