OxyMPa smart device project is one of the most valuable and heavy projects of MOSAP R&D department due to the project volume and existing technical complexities, and caused the research and development team to redefine the relevant roadmap in designing the said device. Carrying out several sub-projects as complementary projects of the main project, although it was associated with many challenges and huge financial and time costs for the collection, but the production of knowledge in each sub-project according to the volume of related technical and engineering operations and also creating completely transparent and reliable conditions. And measured specialized parameters, to continue the path of the main project along with increasing the experience of the technical and engineering team, has now enabled R&D MOSAP Group, with full mastery of its field of expertise and work, to take valuable steps for new projects in other fields.
One of the most sensitive and complex parts used in the OxyMPa device is the one-way valve. There were many weaknesses and also from the point of view of one-way valve material, they had problems for medical purposes.
Defining a one-way valve design and construction project with the parameters and technical specifications required by the technical and engineering team, made MOSAP's R&D group designed and built to ensure the correct operation of the part, as well as to improve performance conditions and technical and specialized parameters such as Min C.P And Max T.P.D and other important parameters to define the subproject of designing and manufacturing one-way valve analysis and testing mechanism. Existence of the above mechanism causes all one-way valves used in the OxyMPa smart device to be technically and rigorously tested by the technical and engineering group before entering the company's production line, and to guarantee the quality conditions of the desired part.
